Practice Account Agreement

I understand there are NO REFUNDS. Billing will start for my account the day I sign up and the account will renew in billing on the first of every month thereafter till I cancel. I alone will have to manage my subscription and must cancel via the website before renewal if I choose to do so. There are no partial refunds. Accounts will be good until the end of the month. If I cancel accidentally or intentionally, I understand it is impossible to reactivate the account for any reason and will have to start a new account. I understand I will not dispute any charges. Any disputed charges will be referred to collections, with any collection and attorney fees being added to the amount owed. I authorize my credit card to be charged and processed through The Legends Trading merchant account. I attest that all information, including the name and personal information, are true and correct.
